The end of January

The first month of the new year is almost over! How did you do? Did you start off 2011 with a good, positive attitude? Well, it's not too late to do it, if you haven't and if you have, good for you! This year will be a good one, but only if you make it that way. Just take a day at a time and make it happy and fun!

Origami

Something that is really good for entertaining yourself is reading a book. Getting into a story is very fun and you learn a lot of new words for your vocabulary. One book that isn't that good for reading all the way through, though, is an Origami book. What you have to do is get a square piece of paper and turn to the instructions for the model you want to make and follow them. Personally, it's as easy as that. A very simple pass-time. I enjoy it like someone would enjoy playing their sport or watching TV. It is very relaxing as long as you are folding on the level that you are at. Otherwise, it can be difficult, but who doesn't like a good challenge? You can totally defeat that uncooperative piece of paper and make it a flower!

Home Sickness?

I sometimes get homesick for the ocean. I love it so much and it is so beautiful and I wish I could visit it more often.
I've never had a home there, though. Does that mean that that feeling that I have isn't homesickness? It feels just like it, but towards the ocean.

I absolutely love classical music played on string instruments. And when those artists playing it really show their passion for that music, it makes you want to go back in time and see it again, and hear it again, and live it again. There is just something about live music that is so beautiful that you can't resist loving it.

On top of the World!

I have the happiness of someone who is standing on top of the world and can see everything below them. Being happy is one of the most beneficial things to someone's character, I believe. I think that you can more truly be yourself when you have true joy. In that context, you can find your passions by measuring your happiness when you have experienced something or are doing something.

Happy Day

Even when sad, bad, hard, difficult things happen, you can be a happy, optimistic, sadjuistic, smiling person. Right now, I have a lot of homework, I have a cough, and I don't know where I'm going, just that it is forward. And right now I am a happy person. Just remember:

New Year!

This year is 2011, so make it the best 2011 ever. This is the only January 2nd in 2011 and it's the same with all the other days of this year. This is your only time to live this day, so make it worth it and make it un-regrettable. It's only as good as you make it!
